Quality Control Manager
Manages the food quality, and inspects the cooking methods of the restaurants. Directs and coordinates,the preparation of,and cooking of food prepared by the establishment.Participates in selecting the quality ingredients that used in Middle Eastern food.Ensure high quality of food preparation.Coordinates activities of food cooks/chefs to ensure maintaining the high standard of speciality food.Coordinates the ordering of purchasing supplies.Assists in interviews,hires,and trains personnel.May contact prospective wholesale customers to promote sale of prepared food.
